Spotted Lanternfly Update 2020:   How We Are Fighting It and What You Need to Know.

Lycorma delicatula, commonly known as the spotted lanternfly, threatens may important plants including grapes and trees. They also create a nuisance in residential landscapes. This presentation will describe the situation that has been unfolding in PA and surrounding states over the last 5 years. Emelie will focus on the biology and behavior to help attendees know what to watch out for. You will hear about management options, regulations in place to slow the spread, and a summary of the research that is taking place.
